About Rebecca Tso

Rebecca is a Therapeutic Support Worker who works with neurodivergent children and families. Her family is also ND, so she has a first hand knowledge of what family life could be like.

Her approach is relationship-based. She fully accepts and supports children and families for who they are, is flexible and can adapt based on needs without judgement. She is curious about behaviour and understand it's a form of communication. She will not hesitate to deviate from behavioural norms, in order to achieve better ways to understand and communicate with her clients.  

She is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
